Warm Up Ahead!

Good Afternoon!

Started of cold this morning as Bowling Green tied the record low of 27° for this date that was set back in 1928. Good news is we will not have to deal with those temperatures again as today began a warm up that will continue at least through the weekend.

Temperatures around the region are in the mid to upper 50s as shown by the image above from the Kentucky Mesonet. Temperatures tonight will begin to fall soon as we will drop down into the mid 30s. A frost advisory has been issued for eastern sections of southern Kentucky.  I will post the graphic for the advisory here below.

 Forecast:

Tonight: Clear skies with light south wind at 3-5 mph. Low: 38°

Tomorrow: A few clouds throughout the day but otherwise clear skies, with a south wind at 5-10 mph. High: 66°

Tomorrow Night: Increasing clouds becoming overcast late, with a south wind at 5-10 mph. Low: 45°
