Bowling Green has warmed up to 71° at the mesonet site, skies across all of southern Kentucky has been able to clear out some allowing for some sunshine to warm us up into the upper 60s with some areas into the low 70s. But today is the last day that we will see these temperatures as there is a cold front back to the west that will push through the area and bring with it a widespread area of rain and some thunderstorms (no severe weather is expected). Behind this front much colder temperatures will enter our area giving us another taste of winter. Lows over the next two nights will be in the 30s, and some outlying areas could even dip down into the 20s.
